Cancellation Policies


Flexible 24 Hour Policy

Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to arrival date will be subject to a 100% penalty of the total reservation amount.


Payment Methods

1. Pay Now

The 100% of the total amount will be charged at the time of booking.

2. Pay at the Hotel

The 5% will be charged at the time of booking and the remaining amount will be settled upon check-in.


Payment Information


  • In case of no show or cancellation in accordance with policy, the credit card provided at the time of booking will be automatically charged or refunded, depending on the case.
  • Upon check-in, guests are required to show a photo ID and the credit card. credit used for full payment or as a guarantee for your reservation.
  • By making your reservation, you agree that transaction fees and associated service fees are non-refundable. This means that in case of cancellation of your reservation, these costs will not be refunded, as they correspond to the services processed at the time of confirmation.
  • Reservations with partial payment: the payment advance will not be refundable.
  • Reservations with full payment: In case of cancellation, and being able to cancel without penalty according to the policies, only the corresponding percentage will be refunded after deducting the transaction costs and the reservation costs.
