It was inaugurated on October 17, 2013 with the musical Wicked. The concept was developed by the Spanish architect Antón García Abril from the Ensemble Architects Studio; the room and stage are the work of the Mexican architect José de Arimatea Moyao. It is considered the most innovative theater in Latin America, it has the latest in professional audio and lighting.
